  Service is good and they have a fairly reasonable selection for the Dryden area. They carry LG, Maytag, and Whirlpool appliances. Also they have Tempur-Pedic brand beds as well.

  I felt the customer support of Defrense Dryden was excellent for our specific needs , and I couldn't beat the price as well! Thx again for such a rewarding experience and oven.. best homemade pizza ever now!

  I was in the store n out again pretty fast. Just the way I like to shop. I went shopping for a bed. I liked the one I saw. My daughter informed a sales person I needed someone. This lady came n told her what i wanted. Then we went upstairs, my daughter wanted a couch, she got it. We paid n out the door. Fast n smooth saling...lol.

  I’m editing my first post and deleting the things I said. I was going to say dealing with Dufresne was good, but it’s not. Dealing with the manager is great and he’s doing all he can to help and we are appreciative and the staff at the store can only do what they can......But, we ordered a fridge and in wall oven on November 17, 2017 and the delivery of the oven has been pushed back to December 27 (originally December 21) and the Fridge is now pushed back to January 9-10 (originally December 12). This is extremely unacceptable and I am speaking about the company not the Manager. The company has put him in a terrible spot and this is unacceptable. We have purchased a washer, dryer, dishwasher, stand up deep freeze and now an oven and fridge from this location. Still we can’t get our items delivered on the day that we were told or really even close? Why are you treating your customers so terribly and making your managers bear the brunt of the lack of supplies and appliances. If this were for the store we deal with it would be 4-5 stars as the staff is great and the manager is beyond reproach. But the company is terrible and it reminds me of dealing with the store in Thunder Bay which was a nightmare to be honest. Also, having to ask for free delivery in the town is an issue, the delivery should be free no matter what for all Dufresne stores.
