  I didn’t have a very good experience at this hotel. The staff was great so gave the hotel 2 stars, but the room and restaurant left a lot to be desired. The room keys kept failing. I had to get a new room key 4 times. Apparently you can’t have the room key in the same pocket as your phone or any rf device, annoying. My room had 2 doors and the security latch was broken on one of the doors.

  If there were a higher star count, that is what I would have picked. It is, and we have travelled from the East to West Coasts, the absolute best hotel we have stayed for n. The staff is A+, the comfort is A+, just everything was more than up to grade. We are so pleased with this hotel all round. I put out a challenge to any hotel out there who thinks they can do better than Dryden hotel. It’s totally unbeatable. Thanks you to the Management and Staff for always making sure we are happy and comfortable. Happy New Year!!!

  I was stuck in Dryden for 3 nights because of a break down. I don’t plan on going back to this hotel even though every other best western I’ve been to has been pretty good to great.

  Had dinner with the family. Awesome service . Great food. Everyone enjoyed. I had the Roadhouse burger with house cut fries. Was huge and delicious. Would tell anyone to go there. Seemed like a nice hotel as well 5 stars or more if I could . Thanks to the server and the Chef with the staff

  The staff were very friendly upon check in /out. The hotel lobby had a nice layout. Our room had a good size TV and was clean. I would stay here again.

  This best western doesn’t offer the hot breakfast like all the others so I bought breakfast in their restaurant. I ordered the English breakfast with beans and mushrooms. The beans and mushrooms were cold and obviously out of a can. Nothing was seasoned. The coffee was good.

  I decided to try the lounge for dinner. I ordered a burger. Again no seasoning and I think the burger patty was also brought in pre made. It was very dry and bland. Potatoes weren’t even salted.

  Great experience. Stayed for a figure skating competition and the girls loved it. New breakfast options were perfect for on the go. Restaurant meals were great and enjoyed by all.
