Very disappointed with service. I live 3 hours from town so called to make an appointment for a specific time. Told them it’s okay if I have to wait a bit (I understand they cannot predict their schedule perfectly). But I let them l know I was from out of town and was on a schedule myself. Made appointment for 11am to give myself time to get there and time to get home. Showed up at 10:45 and the guy had written the time down as 8am with a note that I am driving 3 hours to get there. Does that make sense - That I could get there for 8am if I lived 3 hours away? I am 100% positive the agreed time was 11. I set my alarm and made sure I was on the road to keep the appointment. They couldn’t get me in because they had just put a car on the hoist. What an entire waste of time. For that big of a screw up I honestly would expect some sort of compensation. In reality, if I tell my mechanic 11 and he writes down 8 then that is a serious problem – “how many liters of coolant, 8 or 11? How many foot pounds torque 8 or 11?” I’m being facetious, but this strong evidence of incompetency.
